Job description
We are seeking an ambitious and qualified individual to take on the role of developing our brands in the South American Markets.
Expected duties of the Role
・ Contribute to the global growth of the company by conducting sales and marketing efforts in Central / South America.
・ Provide suggestions for improving corporate social responsiblity (CSR) at Nissin Foods and contribute to local society as well as endeavor to enhance recognition of the company.
・ The successful candidate will be asked to perform the following duties at one of our South AMerican branches:
- Devise and implement business strategy and medium-term, long-term and annual plans for Nissin Foods.
- Perform sales and marketing for Nissin Foods.
- Report on duties to and consult on strategy with Nissin Foods Holdings (Business Strategy Division).
- Assist in the development of new products.
During the initial training period (6 months. - 1 year), the employee hired for this position is scheduled to be posted to the Tokyo Head Office.

研修期間中(半年~1年間)は、東京本社に勤務頂く予定です。

Desired Skills and Experience
Required
・ Sales/marketing experience in Central/South America (At least 5 years' experience stationed locally)
・ Japanese: Business to native level; English: Business to native level; Spanish: Business level
Preferred
・ Overseas work experience at FMCG manufacturer (3 years or more)
・ Developed network of local food wholesalers and manufacturers
・ MBA holder
