Role & Responsibilities
The Director, Telco role will be responsible for complete Services P&L management for the Service Provider Segment specifically NTT, business development, contract negotiations, service creation and delivery. This includes all aspects of Sales, Support, and Delivery, including offer positioning, creating pipeline, closing pipeline, driving customer intimacy and building, attracting and developing “best in class” talent for the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
● Proven ability to deliver results in a Telco customer environment both in Sales and Execution
● Client relationship management skills with experience interacting with and influencing CXO-level decision-makers
● Deep experience and understanding of Japanese Telco Service providers specifically NTT
● Fluent Japanese Language skills both written and spoken
● Deep experience in developing strategic plans and resolving issues through collaborative problem solving;

Desired Skills
● Experience in the Mobility and Data Center
● relevant IP network architecture and IP services experience
● Relevant exposure to telecom industry service frameworks such as ITIL, standard industry service metrics
