Sales Lead - Programmatic Media - Google - Tokyo
Job description
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover business needs. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
Responsibilities
Responsible for determining and refining display dynamic remarketing product solution strategy for the Japan market in the initial phase and a Hybrid strategy subsequently.
Work closely with our Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization to shape solutions-oriented approaches for key accounts.
Lead and join sales pitches and consult regional product experts in complex pitches.
Identify gaps in products and solutions for business verticals and drive resolution with regional and global product teams.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Solid communication skills in Japanese and English (business level).
Preferred Qualifications
Significant experience in the online display analytics area including video, text and banner advertising.
Excellent leadership, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A deep understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
