
Job description
・ Responsible for managing Coca-Cola Trademark including but not restricted to Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, and several in-out brands Specific responsibilities include formulation of a portfolio strategy, individual brand growth strategies / plans, the design and execution of communication, consumer and customer promotions, retail marketing programs, marketing the category initiatives, and P&L management
・ In addition, responsible for identifying and leading Coca-Cola Trademark innovation – to identify and capture incremental business opportunity for the system
・ Responsibilities also include leading and also participating in key global & regional charter projects
・ This leadership role is also responsible for management and development of marketing talent for the organization (direct report management) as well as coordinating and engaging large and complex cross functional teams across Japan business unit, the bottling system and the pacific group
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
・ Develop and execute annual business plan Coca-Cola Trademark
・ Plan and deliver innovative products into the market by leading multi-functional teams
・ Plan and deliver communication plans by closely working with integrated marketing communications team and agency partners
・ Develop sales plans by closely working with sales and account management team
・ Day to day data analysis and presentation material development
・ People manger responsibilities

Language Capability:
・ Business Level of English
・ Japanese preferred
Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required:
・ 8+ year work experience of brand marketing
・ Great people manager
・ Skills to analyze complex consumer /market data and form recommendation
・ Good IT system /computer literacy (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
・ Good understanding and passion in innovation
Minimum Educational Requirements:
・ University degree –at least 4 year university degree
・ MBA will be a plus
