Corporate Account Director - Regus - Tokyo


Job description
The Corporate Account Director (CAD) is a “hunter” responsible for growing sales revenue through identifying and developing business opportunities within new accounts for Regus. This process will involve prospecting and qualifying a portfolio of assigned accounts, for business across all product lines offered by the company. A CAD’s success will be determined by his/her ability to surface and close business from new accounts and achieve/exceed monthly revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
- Penetrate assigned accounts to prospect and qualify for potential business for all product lines offered by Regus
- Become thoroughly educated regarding a prospect’s needs, challenges and opportunities utilizing intelligence gained from the customer as well as through business sites
- Sell the business case for Regus (i.e., Regus Value Proposition), striving for an enterprise-wide solution.
- Build strong business relationships, develop “wins” and create client testimonials within assigned accounts.
- Develop multiple client buying “influencers” within each account
- Achieve/exceed individual monthly revenue target.
- Ensure client issues are acknowledged immediately and resolved through working with Operations/ relevant teams

Desired Skills and Experience
- Successful track record in selling to large and mid-size local and global companies.
- Ability to reach Executive company officials of large and midsize local and global companies.
- Ability to develop and sustain contacts and develop and implement business solutions in large and mid-size companies.
- Sees a vision and is not deterred from achieving it.
- Committed to the company and the achievement of its goals.
- Effective communication skills, written and oral, including group presentations. In addition, has a willingness to listen to the thoughts and ideas of others.
- Has the ability to effectively influence others and engage clients and co-workers on difficult issues.
- Financial analysis skills. The ability to assess potential business opportunities and whether or not they contribute to the success of the business.
- Combines a confident, self-starting, high performance orientation with a track record that reflects a “can do” attitude.
- Creative and strategic skills.
- 10–15 years of senior level sales experience in the B2B industry.
- College degree (BS/BA) preferred
