Online Store Marketing Manager - APAC - Autodesk - Tokyo
Job description
As Online Store Marketing Manager in APAC, you will take on a global role in a challenging environment. You have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the growth and development of Autodesk’s official online stores, focusing on Japan (store.autodesk.co.jp) and Korea (store.autodesk.co.kr). This is a “hands on” role in which you will be responsible for defining and driving marketing and launch activities for promotions and product launches. You will be the voice of these APAC stores, as you collaborate with divisions, roles and organizations including Field Marketing, UI, Product Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Store operations, Affiliate Marketing, and Channel Sales.
This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Online Store Marketing, Merchandising & Experience, in San Francisco.

Job Title and Number: Online Store Marketing Manager
Location: Tokyo, Japan or Seoul, Korea
Responsibilities:
PROMOTION CREATION & EXECUTION
· Coordinate offers/promos across field marketing, corporate web, social, in-product and other channels
· Finalize promotion project details
· Manage landing page design and development as applicable
OPTIMIZE STORE PERFORMANCE TO ACHIEVE REVENUE GOALS
· Lead and project manage store focused optimization projects
o Manage test strategy, architecture, execution and results reporting.
§ Manage creative executions
§ Responsible for final creative briefs
§ Work with in-house creative & UI, agencies… as needed, to source and/or create page design and content (copy and images).
§ Ensure final execution adheres to strategy and promotion/project goals
§ Manage localization for promotions, tests, product launches and other projects.
§ Manage edits, sign-off by various partners.
ONGOING STORE MAINTENANCE
· Work with analytics team/partner to ensure accurate tracking & reporting
· QA promotions, product launches, and other projects before go-live
· Coordinate user acceptance testing and final release.
· Create the launch plan ensuring all products are updated, replaced and/or retired at Global Launch.
· Manage Store launch communication and ensure receipt of all marketing deliverables.
CONTENT CREATION
· Create and collate content for the store
· Collaborate with and effectively work across divisions to align store with current marketing messages
COMMUNICATION & SCHEDULING
· Maintain and distribute store-specific marketing calendar, including promotions, product changes and additions, and testing.
· Detail promotion and test results in a two-slide summary, including next steps.
· Consistently communicate across the rest of the online store team (distributed globally), and with your peers in other parts of the organization.
o Lead monthly cross-functional discussion to diagnose problems, and outline next steps.
o Regular APAC updates across the organization.
Requirements:
4-5 years of web and/or direct marketing experience, including a track record of testing (A/B and multivariate)
Solid communication (both written and verbal).
Excellent project management skills, managing timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Good at working independently and coordinating across time zones (Switzerland, USA, Australia, Korea, Japan).
Flexible. Able to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
Willing and able to adapt to change quickly.
Fluent in English and proficient in Japanese or Korean.
Demonstrated success in driving high-impact projects and/or products that required strategic thinking, analysis, business planning, and execution
Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and drive to product results.
Demonstrated success in working and influencing cross-functionally.
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
