Job description

Responsibility/Activity

Own the strategy for name SI/SP for all sell to, sell through and overall partnership to drive a growth of overall sales relationship
Partner Support Requests – SBR requests, following up of product queries, managing communications between named Global SI/SP Accounts and Avaya AE community - .
Work with Avaya AE’s to identify Enterprise, Government and Commercial opportunities that can be fulfilled by named SI/SP.
Maintain regular visibility of SFDC to manage opportunities and Bid requests.
Build a strategic growth plan for your respective territory that falls in line with the global SI/SP plan.
Drive relationship harmony and respect between SI/SP AE’.
Maintain awareness back into Avaya of changes with Global SI/SP and the impact if any to Avaya.
Work with internal Avaya BU’s to drive initiatives and campaigns to grow Mindshare, Revenue and Confidence of Avaya with Global SI/SP.
Attend regular Global SI/SP Sales meetings to inform Sales of activities with Avaya.
