Job Summary:

The Program Director will be driving large and complex Professional Services engagements towards one of Ericsson’s customers. Supporting the Engagement Manager and the Key Accounts Manager with extensive telecom and Services knowledge and by taking on both CSR and CFR role
To drive solution definition, design and implementation leveraging industry best practices and Ericsson knowledge and capabilities
Contract fulfillment, managing complex integration/transformation programs, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to Customer satisfaction
Actively seeking to improve Ericsson business objectives since these programs often have visible impact on the Business Unit and corporate results.
Take over the overall CSR and CFR role in core-3 in large and complex customer business engagements
Ensure alignment of the Customer Solution with Ericsson portfolio strategy
Responsible for dimensioning, and scoping of the customer solution
To identify potential sales opportunities/ add-on sales
Set-up, manager and deliver the program as defined in the program as defined in the Program Specification
Drive the scope definition, cost calculation and planning for different players e.g. internal 3PP’s or Consultant
Translate, analyze and define customer requirements
Manage operational relationships with the customer
Manager the program operational relationship with the customer to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
Responsible for the contract execution strategy and risk exposure
Manage contract changes and/or amendments during the contract execution
Secure delivery compliance to both contractual and business case requirements
Drives with assigned solution team the definition of the total customer solution

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements

Equivalent to at least 10 years of relevant experience in IPTV Multimedia:
Content Acquisition,
Video Headend functions,
Content Delivery Systems,
Core IP network transport, Access networks (e.g., QAM-based, IP based), and Home Networks.
Expertise in emerging IP-based video delivery systems in multi-screen environments is critical. Video Network and/or Operations leadership experience with a Cable Operator, video content creator or other Service Provider is a plus.
Ability to build strong Customer Relationships at C-Level (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance etc., and has strong communication skills.
A strong background in the domain she/he is assigned to as well as Telco industry acumen and strong understanding of Telco Business Processes and complex organizations.
A proven track of successful delivery projects. Has been the head of complex transformation delivery project, leading a team 20+ people in a multicultural environment and with an off-shore/on-site delivery model.
Willing to help and coach their team, to interact with them and to support them for the professional growth. Has experience in asset and/or organization set-up and growth.
Deep exposure on solution shaping and in sales activities (Statement of Work, estimation tools, contractual negotiation, scope refinement), as well as scope and change request management
Ready to travel, work and potentially to be re-located in any Country of the Region.
Ability to speak Japanese and a strong knowledge of the Japanese market and culture is a mandatory requirement.
