POSITION SUMMARY
Increase marketing capability and capacity for Consumer Products, specifically for Premium products (Gold, Platinum and Infinite) to support country initiates. 
Develop and implement a marketing plan to meet the Japan country targets including revenue, payment volume, number of cards for each of the premium products working with country product team and agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a marketing plan for Visa Premium Products
• Develop media and Social plan working with agencies
• Deliver the great creative work for Gold and Platinum working with agencies
• Lead and manage the agencies for development and implementation of each of communication plans
• Work closely with Global Marketing for the alignment of global marketing strategy.
• Monitor and control allocated marketing budgets with Japan Country management and Global Marketing.
• Strategy development and execution plan for Premium Products

Qualifications

Professional
• Strong digital experience and knowledge
• Entrepreneurial and ability to take initiative.
• Strong leadership in dealing with agencies and also internal departments
• Team building spirit for working with global team Technical
• Consumer Marketing management and sales (advertising, promotions, research and public relations) experience – at least 10-15 years in consumer marketing in global companies.

• Fluent in English for both written and spoken
• Native Japanese• Confidence and leadership to deliver the agreed results
