Position Summary
I will widely recruiting leader of which is one of the important business sales department of the cellar service Division to continue the growth in the Amazon Japan. Cellar Service Division is the governing body of the marketplace business of exhibition services, etc. to the Amazon.co.jp site, we are providing advanced E-commerce platform for domestic and overseas corporate businesses. The sales department of the leader is to oversee the sales team, through sales channels such as Outbound and Inbound, make a new acquisition sales for a wide range of corporate businesses from large to small and medium-sized.
Currently, exhibition services (Selling on Amazon) in Japan, it offers the solutions for E-commerce platform on Amazon.co.jp, such as logistics agency services (Fulfillment by Amazon) to customers. The sales department not only by domestic corporate businesses, North America and Europe, through a global selling of solutions provided by Amazon also against foreign operators, such as Asia, the opportunities of Internet sales in Amazon.co.jp offers.
Cellar business is one of the growth strategy on a global scale of the Amazon, making it the drivers that are essential to the growth of Internet retail business in Japan. Currently, it is beyond the commodity selection is about 100 million species that have been provided by Amazon.co.jp, but as the Japanese alone E-commerce site boasts the largest scale, many of the product selection exhibitor from the exhibitor operators are we. Sales Director is currently January 1, 2014, and managed the following six of the sales team. 1) Strategic account sales team, 2) hard line (* 1) sales team, 3) media (* 2) sales team, 4) consumer goods (* 3) sales team, 5) Fashion (* 4) sales team and, is inbound sales team. Currently, six operating team consists of a member of about 60 people, each team
Manager will report to the Sales Director.

* 1: hard line - electronics, home appliances, Kitchen & Home Products, Toy & Hobby, DIY products, sports goods, car & bike products
* 2: Media - books, music, DVD, PC software, video games
* 3: Consumer Goods - Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, Pet Supplies
* 4: Fashion - Apparel, shoes & bags, watches, jewelry
Of these sales team, by taking a close cooperation with other teams of the following cellar Service Division will promote the business.
Sales Operations team (development of new customer leads)
Partner sales department (correspondence of existing customers)
Technology Promotion Department (provision of technical assistance to the exhibition operators and function maintenance of exhibition platform)
Cellar support team (exhibition operators of inquiry correspondence of call center operations)
Product Management team of Fulfillment by Amazon
Transaction risk management team (performance management of exhibition operators for the purchaser conservation)
In addition, the sales team is the relevant departments in the Amazon Japan, (oversees the logistics operation) Product category team, operations team, legal, financial management, and the customer service team (inquiry correspondence of call center operations from the purchaser) Introduction There is a close interaction with foreign-related departments (such as exhibition services business department of the United States based in Seattle Amazon.com and major European countries).
Key Strategic Objectives

Medium-term (3 year planning) participation in planning.
