
Job Description
As a owner of Japan segment marketing, this position is aiming to achieve quarterly target revenue and margin for each segment through demand generation activities, managing $XXmil of annual marketing budget with solid communication strategy and execution.
- Responsible for all segments from Consumer, SMB to Large Enterprise and Public Sector.
- Lead 10+ people directly, 20+ people virtually as well as multiple external agencies to achieve goals in an efficient way
- Effectively co-work with Japan marketing leaders, sales GMs and global/regional marketing leaders to plan, execute and delver results
- Grow business by driving not only communication but also other 4P, closely working with other funtions like Brand Mktg, CRM, etc.
- Improve Dell corporate and product brand equity by establishing competitive advantage through right targeted marcom
- Execute segmented marketing programs for sales, closely working with other marketing functions and sales
- Drive online demand by planning and executing online ads and store merchandizing, closely working with online manager.
- Directly report to Japan CMO. Timely update business situation and propose short-/midterm actions to Director and Sales GM.
- Provide coaching to team members and grow marketing capability as a team
Qualifications
Prefered Background
- Require at least 10 years of strong marketing experience. Prefer experience in direct marketing
- Require at least 3-5years of marketing communication experience including media, creative and merchandizing planning
- Require at least 5years of people management with 5-10 direct members in marketing
- Prefer 3 years of DM/CRM experience and experience in direct marketing
- Prefer 5+ years of IT industry experience
- Welcome marketing experience in marketing agency and working experience in strategy consulting firm
- Require Bachelor, MBA preffered.
