Job description
To meet the Revenue and Order Booking Target for SAP Practice across the JAPAN region
To create a strong branding and recall for the SAP Practice in Wipro amongst internal stakeholders and in the external market place-
- With SAP
- With Clients and Prospects
- With influencers such as analysts

To Run the alliance with SAP
To foster relationships with SAP clients across JAPAN and maintain a high equity for the WIPRO brand at C-level
To create a team of SAP practitioners and ensure adequate overlay sales coverage for all SAP led service offerings and bids across multiple prospects
To collaborate with the offshore SAP practice teams, Verticals and other service lines for multi-service solution scenarios and RFPs

Desired Skills and Experience
Must have 10 plus years of experience out of which at least last 4 years should have been in Enterprise Application package sales or presales in JAPAN Geo.
Should have a thorough understanding of the services business and the JAPAN market.
Should have good C-level relationships across JAPAN and with SAP.
Self motivated and must possess a strong achievement orientation with good business acumen and understanding of the intricate nuances of the IT services business.
A good man manager and a strong leader, capable of leading a large team of extra-ordinary consultants both
from business as well as technical domains.
