Red Hat has a unique business model built upon services such as consulting, training, and technical support. Our Global Support Service (GSS) team is seeking a Language Support Specialist (LSS) and your primary role is to generate Japanese articles based on English Knowledge Base. The newly created articles will be posted on our internet website as publicly-viewable articles. You will also required to participate in various circumstances such as tuition on English to the local Japnese engineers, translating case comments from Japanese to English to work as a bridge between Japan and English-speaking regions.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Native Japanese speaker with strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
* Rich customer experience and strong customer service skills.
* Is people oriented.
* Has technical background, and knowledge on Linux is a plus.
