EB Japan (インタラクティブエンターテイメント事業部)では、次世代のハードウエア・ソフトウエアで、ゲーム・映画・音楽・テレビなどを通してのエンターテイメントの体験を、これまでよりさらに自由に楽しめるのものにするために様々な準備を進めています。その一環として、日本市場固有の仕様に則したソフトウエアサービスを高い品質で提供し、またゲームに加えビデオやテレビコンテンツを国内で展開するためのプラットフォームのソフトウエア開発に参加いただける開発マネージャーを求めています。

求められる役割
開発マネージャーとして、IEB開発対象となるソフトウエア・サービスの日本語化に関する仕様や規格の調査、対象製品の開発コーディネーションを行い、すべての開発過程で関わるメンバーと協力してReleaseを図ることが求められます。市場のニーズを確実にとらえ求められる仕様を定義・具現化し、デジタルエンターテイメントの世界で新しいUser Experienceを提示する強い意欲とさまざまなチャレンジに積極的に取り組める方の応募を期待いたしております。

応募資格
� 複数年の開発マネージメントの経験
� 8年程度の製品出荷を伴うソフトウエア開発の経験
� 複数のソフトウエアの開発サイクル（仕様/規格調査・ソフトウエア設計・実装・デバッグ・テスト・リリース）の経験
� C++、C、Javaなどの開発言語の知識とコーディングとデバッグの幅広いスキル
� ビデオ・テレビコンテンツ配信に関わる技術・規格の理解やそれらの開発経験とスキル
� Web関連要素技術（AJAX, C#, XAML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WebUI/Service）を用いた開発経験とスキル
� Windows 8 Platformでの開発経験などがあれば尚可
� 英語：ドキュメント読解力、本社メンバーとのコミュニケーション

IEB (Interactive Entertainment Business) is revolutionizing entertainment. We are innovating on a rich set of entertainment clients software and services for Game, Music, Video and TV on Next Generation of Xbox.

IEB Japan is looking for a strong manager driving developing localized build of the greatest entertainment platform. Working on a local team, you will be in charge of building and delivering successful next generation Xbox platform including local requirements of video/TV contents distribution for Japan.

Role and Responsibility
As a Software Development Manager, you will be leading the team building platform for contents distribution of Video/TV in Japan. In this position you will be expected to drive the team to deliver the next generation of Xbox platform specifically localized for Japanese entertainment market.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, prior experience designing modern user-experiences, the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative, cross-discipline team environment, and a passion for digital entertainment.

Skills and Qualifications:
� Experienced Development Management
� 8+ years designing, coding, and shipping software
� Full product development lifecycle experience, excellent C/C++ knowledge
� Demonstrated leadership, coordination, communication, and collaboration skills
� Experience building client user-experiences in C#/XAML or JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3
� Experience building the content distribution services referring BML and other standard for video and TV contents
� Japanese: Native
� English: Highly capable in a business context
