Sr. Account Manager - Manufacturing and Hi Tech - Wipro Technologies - Yokohama


Job description
Hunt for opportunities in new accounts and mine existing accounts for new opportunities in the Manufacturing and Technology domain.
Understand customer challenges and provide feasible solutions (proactive where possible) to the challenges faced
Be able to craft and showcase transformational solutions with Sr. Management (CIO 1 OR CIO -2 level) in the customer organization.
Develop long term relationship with appropriate stake holders within customers, some of whom should be referanceable
Engage with stakeholders at backend and work with them for crafting opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
Desired Skills and Experience
Must be a sales professional with at least 6 years of complex IT solutions selling experience focused on selling to the Manufacturing and Technologies sector in Japan, with a demonstrable ability to meet challenging deadlines
Responsible for generating leads, cold calling, identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities.
Experience in business evaluations, gathering and analyzing corporate and market information.
Must have strong communication skills in English and Japanese with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business term.
Must have strong existing C-level relationships from past client base.
Able to quickly assess new sales opportunities and potential for expanding opportunities within and associated with existing clients.
Experienced at negotiating orders/sales in the order of $5 million (services component) or above.
MBA preferred
