Site IT Operation Manager - Philips - Osaka

Job description
We are looking for the IT Manager who can work in Osaka, 2nd major sites in Japan to
1) lead projects in Japan with good Project Management experiece to deliver project in time with professional manner
2) improve IT operation to next level following ITIL
3) will be backing up IT Opearation from Osaka in case of disaster (BCP/DRP)

[Key Areas of Responsibilities]
1. Accountable for creating, managing, resourcing and delivery results against the global objectives
2. Key stakeholder in vendor engagement teams to discuss future demand, contracts and models, audits for the region
3. Accountable for IT Service Delivery across the Japan business, but forcs on West Part of Japan area
4. Ensuring vendors are performing against SLA and delivering business objectives
5. Lead delivery of global projects across the Japan region and outline advantages to local business
6. Resposible for IT Operation activities in case of disaster in Tokyo ( BCP/DRP)

Desired Skills and Experience
1. Knowledge of IT Operation management
2. Experience and Good understanding of ITIL process
3. PMP or equivelent experice
4. Launguage Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese & Good command of English at business level
