Product Marketing Manager - Online Marketing - APAC - Small Business Marketing - Google - Tokyo


Job description
Help shape the Online marketing strategy for one of Google’s fastest-growing businesses. As an Online Manager for Small and Medium Business Marketing, you’ll be responsible for driving large scale Online campaigns across all APAC Markets and reporting upwards on performance and marketing impact. You’ll partner with Global and Local Marketing teams to build a support structure to provide ongoing management and optimization with a heavy emphasis on data. Rigorous testing will be critical as you shape the regional program, advise on best practices and help the team reach aggressive acquisition goals. You are the expert in this field and see it as a challenge to grow Search, Display and all other web properties within Google beyond it's current growth.

Responsibilities
Drive the B2B advertisers acquisition strategy for the Japan SMB Business.
Ownership of multiple acquisition channels (including DM, Cross sell, Online Advertising, Offline Advertising).
Develop integrated marketing programs to find, attract, acquire, and engage high value advertisers to Google.
Track and analyse marketing programs to optimize overall results and plan campaign and channel mix.



Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years relevant experience.
Business level communication skills in English.


Preferred Qualifications

MBA.
4 years of experience in digital marketing; knowledge and proven experience creating, executing and continually optimizing successful Online marketing campaigns (especially in Search and Display).
Deep understanding of CPA, eCPM, Churn, Payback time,conversion rate, acquisition funnel etc.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI; Comfortable speaking about and presenting data.
Knowledge of Ad Servers (DoubleClick, Marin Software), campaign optimization tools, and online tracking technology (Flurry, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc) with strong spreadsheet software and SQL skills.
Asian language skills (Chinese, Bahasa, Japanese, Korean, etc).
