Campaign Account Manager - Google - Tokyo


Job description
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Account/Campaign Manager, you will work with some of the most technically advanced digital advertisers across Japan.You should be flexible, creative, analytical, have excellent communication skills and can work in a very new and unstructured environment. A highly consultative approach is key. We are looking for sharp, analytical minds that can solve complex problems, develop and drive business and product development, as well as relationships with key stakeholders in and outside of Google in the ever-evolving display ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Oversee campaign management of the display portfolio of top clients, including on-boarding, day-to-day consulting and meeting goals, and other marketing objectives.
Ensure that clients get the most of the Google Display Network Dynamic Re-marketing and DoubleClick Bid Manager solutions.

Minimum qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications
Experience in areas such as online ad sales, business-development, marketing and/or consulting sales.
Strong knowledge of online display advertising products.
A deep understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Fluent in Japanese with business level English skills.
