Director - SW Licence Sales - JAC International - Tokyo


Job Description:
Build and manage a highly motivated, engaged, and effective team.
Hands on business development and sales across the market, ideally focused on Finance and Insurance.
Build a positive team culture including rewards and recognition that align individuals’ focus with our company goals and values.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development for your team to build their skills.
Coach and mentor your team, strengthening the effectiveness of each member.
Establish an effective sales management process for your team, including account planning, deal execution, performance assessment, follow-up, and closing
As the business expands, Identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Lead cross-functional teams as part of an integrated go-to-market approach.
Be an involved and strategic team leader who plays an active role in helping your team succeed

Work closely with the Marketing team, Operations, and regional Services department to develop a sales, marketing, and services strategy for the region, including value-selling, bundled sales, and up-selling.
Manage key customer relationships.

Desired Skills and Experience
Desired Skills & Experience:
Language ability: Native level Japanese, Business level English.
University / College graduate.
15+ years of relevant sales experience in enterprise software, with an understanding of the direct and indirect sales cycle.
Proven ability to transform a transactional sales model into a value-added sales model.
Success in implementing short and long-term focused strategies to grow revenue within a region.
5-10 years of enterprise sales or senior account relationship management, with hands-on experience selling and marketing conceptual, industry-leading products or services to sophisticated enterprise customers
Track record of ownership over personal and team revenue targets, forecasting sales accurately and identifying critical sales pipeline indicators
Ability to take a practical approach to problem solving and business growth, continually evaluating and improving our sales and marketing efforts to meet changing conditions
Experience managing sales teams, with a strong process orientation and ability to influence others

Level of years working experience expected:
15 Minimum - 25 Maximum.
Experience level will determine responsibility further.
