Global Payments and Cash Management (PCM) is made up of almost 10,000 people, across more than 60 countries. The business is uniquely positioned to help companies make payments across borders and currencies, collect receipts from trading partners, and concentrate funds quickly and cost effectively with dedicated in country and regional support. Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognized by the industry’s most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional and country awards.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this dedicated team in the role of Regional Head of Product, Asia Pacific - HSBC Payments and Cash Management.

Principal responsibilities

• Translate the global direction into a regional strategy and drive its execution
• Serve as a member of the global product management leadership team
• Define the global product strategic framework and priorities
• Execute the global product management strategy across the region
• Implement regional and local product initiatives
• Be accountable for the regional Payments and Cash Management financial targets
• Manage and provide oversight for regional and local staff in product management as well as product commercialisation
• Chair the regional product acceptance committee
• Participate in the regional deal acceptance committee
• Maintain regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements

• University degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
• Strong expertise and experience in Payments and Cash Management
• Significant proven experience in progressive and broad-based commercial banking and product management, business planning and financial management or equivalent
• Strong background in commercial cash management, including ACT or TMA (Treasury Management Association) certification or equivalent experience
• Demonstrate broad and effective stakeholder management across both internal and external constituencies to succeed
• Excellence communication and leadership skills
